No refunds will be given in case of natural calamities (e.g., snowfall, landslides) causing road closures or disruptions. During a transporter strike, vehicles will not operate, and the agency will not be liable for any losses or refunds.
The agency is not liable for personal loss, damages, or mishaps, including road accidents, during the tour. No responsibility is taken for vehicle issues, such as mechanical faults or tire bursts, and no refunds will be issued for these cases.
The agency will not issue refunds for missed sightseeing, meals, or activities due to deviations from the itinerary. By confirming the booking, travelers agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
Booking Deposit:
To confirm your booking, you need to pay 5% of the total package cost upfront to reserve your slot.
Phase Payments:
The second payment of 10% must be made within 15 days of booking.
The final payment of 10% is due 10 days before your travel date.
Last-Minute Bookings:
For travel dates within 10 days, the full 25% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
Failure to Pay:
Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframes may result in the cancellation of your booking.
